I bought 3 ASUS Eee PC 1008HA-BK-PU1X recently. 1 power blocks are not tax after 1 week. I called ASUS and asked some of their defective part. They informed me that they would 1: the need to send me forms to fill out and return. I would be obliged to pay all shipping costs. If and when they received my papers back in good condition, they would mail me back label RMA. I explained that this process will take a long time and that it is unfair to hold the shipping costs. They said it is their policy and that I could not get my share at any time before. I asked to speak with other representatives from ASUS, but reiterated that they were sorry, but it is not company policy. I called the U.S. Corporate office to complain and left my phone number. They never responded. It 'been at least 2 weeks after my first contact with ASUS and have not yet received any documents from them.
I will never buy another item from ASUS, a company that treats its customers so shabby.
